Provisioning starts with jurisdiction. Before any document is submitted we align the identity, the address footprint and the network origin to Global, because a mismatch between those three signals is the single most common reason a profile is later frozen. Everything downstream depends on that alignment being correct from the first session.

Identity review follows. Documents are authentic and consistent, the liveness check is performed by the same individual shown on the document, and address proof is chosen from sources the platform can independently corroborate. We complete the full review rather than stopping at the minimum tier, so the account arrives with its limits already unlocked.

Once the profile clears, we configure it for real use: security settings hardened, notification and payout preferences set, and the tier confirmed in writing. Delivery is typically 2–8 hours from confirmation, and we send a status update at each milestone instead of leaving you to guess.

Handover is deliberate. Credentials, recovery email, two-factor secrets and backup codes are all rotated to you, and we verify with you live that the rotation succeeded before closing the order. Nothing stays on our side, which is what makes the ownership transfer real rather than nominal.

After delivery you keep access to the desk. We share the operating envelope for this product — sensible volume ramp, geography consistency and activity patterns — because how an account is used in its first weeks determines how long it lasts far more than how it was created.
